Subject: Pearland Recovery Meeting
You are receiving this message in hope that you can assist in this endeavor never been done in Pearland before.
We are assembling citizens, faith leaders, schools, non-profits, PTA, PTO, church groups, contractors and any other able body person to meet with us at 10am, tomorrow, August 31 at the Pearland Lions Club Building at 3350 South Main, 77581.
Our hopes are to create strike force teams that will deploy daily to assist citizens with physical labor to remove carpet, sheet rock, cleaning, mopping and maybe just talking. We hope to have 5-10 teams a day for 7-10 days. Job levels for all, but parents MUST be present. Need Men and Women!
I had a long meeting today with city leaders and have a plan that includes us giving vital information to the Office of Emergency Management that will greatly assist in our community recovering both emotionally, physically and financially.
PLEASE reach out to anyone that you think may be able to help, ESPECIALLY if they are a member of a much larger group at church, work, etc.
We will NOT be deploying tomorrow and maybe not even Friday, only discussing the plan forward and engaging one another in this endeavor. We must have people signup and commit in order to implement this!
Sign Up here AND attend the meeting TOO as a representaive >>>> https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1xIw-fd29skj2Kj88uJRUxZpWzNqfIQHi8v9RypydSfA/viewform?edit_requested=true

FYI, If you wish to donate!
After $37,000 in postage and sending out 2500 packages in June, Mary received and SOS from a commander in a remote part of Afganistan saying that his troops were in dire need of supplies. This always tugs at Mary’s heart so we are in the process of sending 500 more packages. We are in need of supplies: Tuna, sardines, crackers, peanut butter, cereal bars, foot powder, dental floss and money; it will cost $10,000. Master Plumbing at 6301 Broadway is a collection point, or if you drop it off at St. Helen’s office I am sure they won’t mind and I will pick it up there. We are trying to send these by the end of the month. Thanks Kathy
Proudly Red Published July 17, 2017
As you all know WPRW works all year out in the community promoting the Republican Party, our club and any conservative candidates that are running in an upcoming election. We even had to work for the City/School Board election in 2017. We are already starting work for the 2018 Election!!
This takes a lot of money for us to be able to do this and to generously support our candidates. Additionally, in 2018 we are most likely going to have to add headquarters to all of our activities out in the west end.
Our only fundraiser each year is only 3 weeks away and it is very important that we be able to do as well as possible in order to fund all of this campaigning. If you have not already done so, please help us out by joining us at our Proudly Red, August 5, 2017. It is a huge evening and a lot of fun with a good dinner and speaker Lt. Col. Allen West. I am attaching the registration form for you to print and send in with your ticket money. We did have one table open up if any of you are interested.
We also need auction items for the live and silent auction. If you have anything to donate please contact; Cathy Hughes at firstname.lastname@example.org, or Sarah Von Dran at email@example.com!!
